Real estate investors are reeling after Muskogee, Oklahoma was ranked among the top hotspots for entrepreneurs in 2018.

Don Knox, President and CEO of Knox Holdings and Trust told a source at Fox News that “After our initial investments, we started our marketing campaign three years ago. We inserted Muskogee into six MBA textbooks, three articles in Forbes, two television programs, and four celebrity tweets. And then we funded a series of think tanks that wrote books that said that if you aren’t an entrepreneur, you aren’t a whole person. Then we encouraged four multinationals to move their headquarters there for the tax savings, and waited.”

Knox added, “but we never dreamed that people would actually move to Muskogee, Oklahoma. Now there are 80,000 aspiring yet still employed hopefuls at these four companies, and rents couldn’t be higher. Entrepreneurship is great for the real estate business!” he added.
